Our Privacy-First Promise
Your Data Stays Yours
We will never sell your data. Not to advertisers. Not to data brokers. Not to anyone. Your financial journey is nobody’s business but yours.
Support Can’t See Your Financial Details
Unlike most apps, our support team cannot link your financial data to your identity. When you contact support, they see an anonymous ID, not your name connected to your debts.
If you need help that requires account access, you must explicitly grant permission. Every support access is:
- Time-limited (30 minute sessions)
- Logged and auditable (who, when, why, and what)
- Revocable at any time by you
This means even if someone compromised a support account, they couldn’t browse customer financial data.

Encryption Everywhere
- 256-bit AES encryption for all data at rest
- TLS 1.3 for all data in transit
- Secure, httpOnly cookies for authentication tokens
- Payment data is handled by Stripe and never touches our servers

- Regular security audits and penetration testing
- Automated vulnerability scanning
- DDoS protection and rate limiting
Authentication
- Secure password hashing using bcrypt
- Email verification required for all accounts
- Session management with automatic expiration

Your Control
Export Your Data
You can export all your data anytime in CSV or PDF format. Your data belongs to you.
Delete Your Account
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your settings. Deletion is permanent and complete.

Support access is off by default. You control when (and if) our team can help you with account-specific issues.
