BeDebtFree integrates with Plaid, a trusted financial technology provider, to securely connect to your bank accounts. This allows automatic balance updates for your debts without manual data entry.

You can disconnect your accounts at any time
Connecting Your Accounts
Go to Settings > Bank Connections
Click Connect Bank Account
Search for your bank or credit card provider
Log in with your bank credentials (in the secure Plaid window)
Select which accounts to link to BeDebtFree
Your balances will sync automatically
Supported Institutions
Plaid supports over 12,000 financial institutions including major banks like Chase, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Capital One, and most credit unions and regional banks.
Manual Entry Option
Bank connections are optional. You can always add and update your debts manually if you prefer not to connect your accounts.
